भ्रूमध्ये कण्ठहृन्नाभिगुह्याधारेषु च क्रमात् । विद्याक्षराणि क्रमशो न्यसेद्विंदुयुतानि च ॥ १६३ ॥

bhrūmadhye kaṇṭhahṛnnābhiguhyādhāreṣu ca kramāt | vidyākṣarāṇi kramaśo nyasedviṃduyutāni ca || 163 ||

وبالترتيب—في ما بين الحاجبين، وفي الحلق، وفي القلب، وفي السُّرّة، وفي الموضع السريّ، وفي القاعدة—يضع السالك (نياسا nyāsa) حروف الفيديا تباعًا، وكلُّ حرفٍ مقرونٌ بالبيندو (bindu).
