आद्यं द्वितीयं करयोस्तार्तीयमुभयं न्यसेत् । मूलाधारे हृदि न्यस्य भूयो बीजत्रयं क्रमात् ॥ ४६ ॥

Transliteration

ādyaṃ dvitīyaṃ karayostārtīyamubhayaṃ nyaset | mūlādhāre hṛdi nyasya bhūyo bījatrayaṃ kramāt || 46 ||

Translation

يضع البِيجة الأولى والثانية على اليدين، والثالثة على كلتيهما معًا. ثم بعد أن يضعها في المُولادهارا وفي القلب، يُعيد تثبيت ثلاثية البِيجات مرة أخرى على الترتيب الصحيح.
