न्यासान्मंत्री तनौ कुर्याद्वक्ष्यमाणान्यथाक्रमम् । शिरोललाटभ्रूमध्ये तालुकण्ठगलोरसि ॥ १०५ ॥
nyāsānmaṃtrī tanau kuryādvakṣyamāṇānyathākramam | śirolalāṭabhrūmadhye tālukaṇṭhagalorasi || 105 ||
بعد أداء طقوس النْياسا (nyāsa)، ينبغي لممارس المانترا أن يضعها على جسده وفق الترتيب الذي سيُذكر: على الرأس، والجبهة، وموضع ما بين الحاجبين، والحنك، والحلق، والعنق، والصدر.
