ब्रह्मरंध्रे ललाटे च भ्रूमध्ये कण्ठदेशतः । हृदि नाभौ फले मूलाधारे चेताः क्रमान्न्यसेत् ॥ ५९ ॥
brahmaraṃdhre lalāṭe ca bhrūmadhye kaṇṭhadeśataḥ | hṛdi nābhau phale mūlādhāre cetāḥ kramānnyaset || 59 ||
ينبغي أن يُثبِّت المرءُ الذهنَ (الوعي) على التدرّج: في البرهما-رندهرا (فتحة التاج)، ثم في الجبهة، ثم بين الحاجبين، ثم في موضع الحلق، ثم في القلب، ثم عند السُّرّة، ثم في موضع العورة، ثم في المُولادهارا (الأساس الجذري).

This is a technical yogic instruction rather than grammar or ritual procedure: it presents applied upāsanā/dhyāna know-how—how to sequence concentration through recognized inner centers (a practical science of meditation found alongside Narada Purana’s technical teachings).
