The Recitation of the Thousand Names of Rādhā and Kṛṣṇa (Yugala-Sahasranāma) and Śaraṇāgati-Dharma
शिवाराध्या प्रेमसाध्या भक्ताराध्या रसात्मिका । कृष्णप्राणार्पिणी भामा शुद्धप्रेमविलासिनी ॥ १५२ ॥
śivārādhyā premasādhyā bhaktārādhyā rasātmikā | kṛṣṇaprāṇārpiṇī bhāmā śuddhapremavilāsinī || 152 ||
Narada (teaching in dialogue context associated with Sanatkumara tradition)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shringara
It elevates pure prema (self-offering love) as the highest spiritual attainment, presenting Bhāmā as an embodiment of bhakti-rasa whose devotion is so exalted that even Śiva venerates it.
Bhakti is shown as love-centered (premasādhyā) and rasa-filled (rasātmikā): the devotee’s goal is wholehearted self-surrender—offering one’s very life to Kṛṣṇa—culminating in śuddha-prema (pure love) rather than mere ritualism.
No specific Vedāṅga technique (Śikṣā, Vyākaraṇa, Chandas, Nirukta, Jyotiṣa, Kalpa) is taught in this verse; its practical takeaway is devotional sādhanā—cultivating prema and single-minded dedication to Kṛṣṇa.
