सुग्रीवसख्यकादूर्णाद्रणवालिनिवर्हण । कारणद्रोणशब्दांते पर्वतोत्पाटनेति च ॥ ७७ ॥
sugrīvasakhyakādūrṇādraṇavālinivarhaṇa | kāraṇadroṇaśabdāṃte parvatotpāṭaneti ca || 77 ||
لأنه عقد صداقةً مع سُغْرِيفا؛ ولأنه امتدّ أو عبر كخيطٍ دقيق؛ ولأنه أزال فالي في ساحة القتال؛ ولأنه كان سببًا لنتائج عظيمة؛ ولأجل صوت «دْرونا»؛ ولأنه اقتلع جبلًا—فهذه (هي علل ألقابه المتعددة).
