The Description of the Worship of Rāma and Others
Rāmādi-pūjā-vidhāna
kiṃ bahūktuna saubhāgyaṃ putrānpautrānparaṃ sukham | dhanaṃ dhānyaṃ ca mokṣaṃ ca sītārādhanato labhet || 141 ||
Narada
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
The verse functions as a phalaśruti, declaring that sincere Sītā-arādhana grants both worldly well-being (prosperity, family continuity, happiness) and the highest aim, mokṣa—showing devotion can encompass all puruṣārthas.
It presents worship (arādhana) of Sītā as a complete bhakti-sādhana whose fruit culminates in liberation, implying that loving, faithful devotion is not merely for material boons but can mature into mokṣa.
No specific Vedāṅga technique (like Vyākaraṇa, Jyotiṣa, or Kalpa procedure) is detailed in this verse; it emphasizes the devotional result (phala) of a vrata/ārādhana rather than a technical ritual manual.
