Sanatkumara (in instruction to Narada on yogic/technical practice)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: adbhuta
Secondary Rasa: vira
It presents a classic inner-yoga instruction: visualize Kuṇḍalinī as supremely subtle and radiant, then consciously elevate that power upward—symbolizing the ascent of awareness from the root center toward liberation-oriented realization.
Though technical, it supports bhakti by disciplining the inner instrument (mind–prāṇa). A steadied, uplifted prāṇa makes meditation and single-pointed remembrance of the Divine more stable, which strengthens devotional absorption.
This is a technical upadeśa aligned with the Narada Purana’s Third Pada focus on specialized disciplines: subtle-body yogic technique (a practical method using a specific ‘kūrca’ lock/impulse) rather than a ritual rule or grammar point.
