Sanatkumara (teaching Narada in a guru-disciple framework)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It teaches inner purification through Guru-centered contemplation—envisioning the mind and self as cleansed by the Guru’s grace, symbolized as “nectar” flowing from the Guru’s lotus-feet.
By placing the Guru’s lotus-feet at the center of practice, it frames purification and progress as arising from reverence, surrender, and grace—core elements of bhakti that culminate in inner clarity.
It emphasizes disciplined dhyāna/bhāvanā (structured contemplative practice) as a technical method for antahkaraṇa-śuddhi—supporting Vedanga-style training where precision of mental practice complements ritual and study.
