Narada (teaching in a dharma-upadesha context within Purva Bhaga)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It teaches that spiritual growth is strengthened by sādhusaṅga (company of the virtuous) centered on Viṣṇu-bhakti, and that inner purity is protected by abandoning hatred and acting for the welfare of all.
Bhakti is sustained by staying close to Viṣṇu’s devotees (viṣṇu-bhakti-parāḥ), adopting their conduct and mindset; the verse also frames devotion as compassionate and non-hostile, not sectarian or hateful.
No specific Vedāṅga (like Śikṣā, Vyākaraṇa, or Jyotiṣa) is taught here; the practical takeaway is dharma-sādhana—ethical discipline through sādhusaṅga, adveṣa (non-hatred), and sarva-hita (universal welfare).
