हरिस्मरणनिष्टानां शिवनामरतात्मनाम् । सत्यं समस्तकर्माणि यांति संपूर्णतां द्विज ॥ १२ ॥
harismaraṇaniṣṭānāṃ śivanāmaratātmanām | satyaṃ samastakarmāṇi yāṃti saṃpūrṇatāṃ dvija || 12 ||
أيها البرهمن، حقًّا إنّ الذين يثبتون على ذكر هاري، والذين تطيب ذواتهم كلّها باسم شيفا، فإنّ جميع أعمالهم تمضي يقينًا إلى تمام الكمال والوفاء.

It teaches that sincere devotion—steady remembrance of Hari and heartfelt absorption in Śiva’s Name—spiritually perfects one’s actions, bringing them to their intended fruition.
Bhakti is shown as niṣṭhā (steadfastness) in smaraṇa and nāma—inner remembrance and Name-devotion—by which outer works (karma) become complete and effective.
The verse emphasizes sādhana-priority rather than a specific Vedāṅga: the practical discipline is nāma-japa and smṛti (remembrance), implying correct ritual orientation (kalpa) through devotional focus.
