Creation, Glory of Bhārata, and World Geography
yathā harirjagadyāpī tasya śaktistathā mune | dāhaśaktiryathāṃgāre svāśrayaṃ vyāpya tiṣṭati || 12 ||
Sanatkumara (teaching Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: adbhuta
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It teaches the inseparability of Hari and His Śakti: the Lord pervades all, and His operative power pervades all as well—like heat inherent in fire—supporting a non-dual understanding that strengthens devotion and discernment.
By showing that God is not distant: Hari and His Śakti are present everywhere, so worship, remembrance, and service can be practiced in every place and circumstance as direct engagement with the all-pervading Lord.
Primarily a tattva teaching rather than a technical Vedanga; it supports Vedantic reasoning (nyaya) through an illustrative analogy (dṛṣṭānta), useful for clear comprehension in scriptural study and teaching.
