परेद्युरेव विप्रेंद्र सद्यः कालो विधीयते ॥ ३८ ॥

paredyureva vipreṃdra sadyaḥ kālo vidhīyate || 38 ||

يا أفضلَ البراهمة، إنّ الكالا (الزمن) يُحدَّد بحسب الحكم: إمّا لليوم التالي (paredyuḥ) أو حالًا (sadyas).
