Sanatkumāra (in instruction to Nārada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It frames eating as a sanctified act: the leftover food is not treated casually, and post-meal purification (washing the feet and proper ācamana) restores ritual clarity and mindfulness.
By prescribing mantra-recitation (Madhu-sūkta) and disciplined purity practices, it turns ordinary daily actions into devotional observances performed with reverence and remembrance.
It highlights kalpa-style ritual procedure (proper ācamana and cleanliness) and Vedic mantra application (recitation/japa of the Madhu-sūkta) as part of daily dharma.
