ज्येष्ठमासे पूर्णिमायां मूलक्षें प्रयतो नरः । स्नात्वा च यमुना तोये मथुरायामुपोषितः ॥ ४१ ॥

في يوم البدر من شهر جييشْثا، وتحت نجم مُولا، على الرجل المنضبط أن يغتسل في مياه يَمونا وأن يلتزم الأوبافاسا (الصوم التعبّدي) في ماثورا.
