अपानप्राणयोर्मध्ये प्राणापानसमीहितः । समन्वितस्त्वधिष्ठानं सम्यक् पचति पावकः ॥ १०६ ॥
apānaprāṇayormadhye prāṇāpānasamīhitaḥ | samanvitastvadhiṣṭhānaṃ samyak pacati pāvakaḥ || 106 ||
بين الأپانا (apāna) والپرَانا (prāṇa)، إذا تآلف الپرَانا والأپانا على الوجه الصحيح، فإن النار الباطنة—المستقرة في مقرّها على نحوٍ قويم—تُتمّ «طبخ» القوت (هضمه) كما ينبغي.
