The Exposition of the Dvādaśī Vow for the Twelve Months
Dvādaśī-vrata-nirṇaya and Mahā-dvādaśī Lakṣaṇas
शंखतूर्यादिघोषैश्च नानारत्नविनिर्मिते । सिंहासने नवे क्लृप्ते तिष्ठेत्सम्यगलंकृतः ॥ ४७ ॥
śaṃkhatūryādighoṣaiśca nānāratnavinirmite | siṃhāsane nave klṛpte tiṣṭhetsamyagalaṃkṛtaḥ || 47 ||
وبين دويّ أصوات الصدَف (الشَّنْخ) والأبواق وسائر الآلات، ينبغي أن يقف—مُتَزَيِّنًا على الوجه اللائق—على عرشٍ جديدٍ مُهَيَّأ، مصنوعٍ من جواهر شتّى.

It teaches that worship should be performed with auspiciousness, order, and reverence—using sacred sounds (conch and instruments) and a properly prepared seat—so the act becomes a dignified offering rather than a casual gesture.
Bhakti here is expressed as honor and attentive service (sevā): adorning oneself, arranging a clean and elevated seat, and invoking auspicious sounds, all of which externalize inner devotion and respect for the deity and the rite.
It reflects ritual procedure and ceremonial protocol (kalpa-style practice): arranging the worship space, employing auspicious instruments like the śaṅkha, and maintaining proper decorum—practical know-how essential for correct performance of worship.
