Narada
Vrata: Nīrājana-vrata
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It emphasizes disciplined, mantra-governed worship: establishing a fresh sacred fire, honoring Agni, and offering oblations as a sanctifying act that makes the rite spiritually efficacious.
Bhakti here is expressed as reverent, orderly service—worshipping with mantras and offerings—showing devotion through correct ritual attention and purity of conduct rather than mere sentiment.
It points to Kalpa (ritual procedure) and mantra-prayoga: how to kindle a new fire, perform homa, and use prescribed implements (like a dīpikā) in a regulated ceremonial sequence.
