udayādudayaṃ yāvadbhāskarasya dvijottama | prabhāte kṛtanityastu dvādaśyāmupacārakaiḥ || 15 ||
يا أفضل ذوي الولادتين، من شروق الشمس إلى شروقها التالي، وبعد أداء واجبات الصباح، ينبغي في يوم دفادشي عبادة الربّ بخدمات الأوباجارا (upacāra) المقرّرة.
Narada (instructional narration in the vrata/ritual context)
Vrata: Ekādaśī vrata—Dvādaśī worship segment (timing rule stated)
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It defines the sacred observance as a full solar day (sunrise to sunrise) and links spiritual merit to disciplined nitya-karma followed by devotional worship on Dvādaśī.
Bhakti is expressed through orderly worship (upacāras) performed after purifying oneself via morning duties—showing devotion grounded in purity, timing, and reverent service.
Time-keeping and observance by the solar cycle (sunrise-to-sunrise) reflects practical Jyotiṣa-based ritual timing used for vrata boundaries and daily rites.
