यस्योत्सवविधानं च नाममाहात्म्यकीर्तनम् । ध्यानादिपुण्यकथनं माहात्म्यं मथुराभवम् ॥ ३७ ॥

وفيه بيانُ نظامِ الأعياد والاحتفالات (utsava) على وجهه، وإعلانُ عظمةِ الأسماءِ المقدّسة، وسردُ فضائلِ التأمّل (dhyāna) وما يتّصل به من الممارسات—وذلك هو «المهاطميا» الذي نشأ في مَثُورا (Mathurā).
