स मुक्तः पातकैर्घोरैः प्रयाति ब्रह्मणः पदम् । योऽप्यनुक्रमणीमेतां भविष्यस्य निरूपिताम् ॥ १८ ॥
sa muktaḥ pātakairghoraiḥ prayāti brahmaṇaḥ padam | yo'pyanukramaṇīmetāṃ bhaviṣyasya nirūpitām || 18 ||
يُعتَق ذلك المرء من الخطايا المروِّعة ويبلغ مقامَ براهمان؛ وكذلك مَن يستمع أو يدرس هذه «الأنوكْرَمَني» (Anukramaṇī)، وهي فهرسٌ لما سيُروى لاحقًا، ينال هذا الأثر.
