Adhyaya 51 — Yaksha Injunctions: Graha-Children and Female Spirits Causing Domestic and Ritual Disruptions
चिन्तयेच्च नरः पापा मामेषा दुष्टचेतना ।
भ्रामयत्यसकृज्जप्यं भुवः सूक्तं समाधिना ॥
cintayec ca naraḥ: pāpā mām eṣā duṣṭa-cetanā | bhrāmayaty asakṛj japyaṃ bhuvaḥ sūktaṃ samādhinā ||
وعلى الرجل أن يتأمّل: «إن هذه الآثمة ذات النية الخبيثة تُضلّني وتُوقِعني في الحيرة». ثم عليه، مع التركيز، أن يكرر تلاوة Bhūḥ-sūkta مرارًا.

Protection is not only external; it is also cognitive and contemplative: naming the disturbance, rejecting it ethically (‘pāpā’), and restoring steadiness through disciplined recitation and concentration.
