भूतैर्भूतानि मृद्यन्ते अमूर्तो मृद्यते कथम् /

क्रोधादीनां पृथग्भावात् कल्पनेयं निरर्थिका

bhūtair bhūtāni mṛdyante amūrto mṛdyate katham | krodhādīnāṃ pṛthagbhāvāt kalpaneyaṃ nirarthikā ||

«إن الكائنات تُسحق بالكائنات؛ فكيف يُسحق ما لا صورة له؟ ولما كان الغضب وما شابهه قائماً كأحوال متميزة قابلة للانفصال، فذلك ليس إلا تخيّلاً—لا معنى حقيقياً له.»

Conflict and ‘crushing’ operate only among embodied entities and mental passions. The Self is untouched; thus one should not build identity around aggression or enmity.
