षट् प्रकारक्रियादुःखसुखहर्षरसैश्च यत् ।

गुणैश्च वर्जितं ब्रह्म तत् प्राप्स्यामि परं पदम् ॥

ṣaṭ-prakāra-kriyā-duḥkha-sukha-harṣa-rasaiś ca yat /

guṇaiś ca varjitaṃ brahma tat prāpsyāmi paraṃ padam

ذلك البراهمان، المنزَّه عن الغونات (guṇa)، والمتعالي على الأنواع الستة للفعل، والمتجاوز للألم واللذة والنشوة و«مذاقات» العاطفة—ذلك سأبلغه بوصفه الحالة العليا.
