त्वद्गुणाकृष्टचित्ताहमनज्रवशमागता । चिराभिलषितो वीर ममाप्येष मनोरथ:,तुम्हारे गुणोंने मेरे चित्तको अपनी ओर खींच लिया है। मैं कामदेवके वशमें हो गयी हूँ। वीर! मेरे हृदयमें भी चिरकालसे यह मनोरथ चला आ रहा था
tvad-guṇākṛṣṭa-cittāham anajra-vaśam āgatā | cirābhilaṣito vīra mamāpy eṣa manorathaḥ ||
لقد اجتذبتني فضائلك اجتذابًا لا يُقاوَم، فانجذب قلبي إليك، ووقعتُ تحت سلطان شهوة لا تنقطع. أيها البطل، إن هذا التوق أيضًا قد أقام في داخلي منذ زمن بعيد—نيةً كنتُ أُضمرها في صمتٍ حتى اليوم.
