Shloka 26

मृतानामपि चैतेषां विकृतं नैव जायते । मुखवर्णा: प्रसन्ना मे ५ 40025 %8 [

mṛtānām api caiteṣāṃ vikṛtaṃ naiva jāyate | mukhavarṇāḥ prasannā me ||

قال فايشَمبايانا: «مع أنهم قد ماتوا، لم يظهر عليهم أيُّ تشوّهٍ أو تغيّرٍ البتّة. إنّ لون الوجوه وملامحها ما تزال تبدو لي هادئةً مطمئنّة.» ولمّا رأى يودهيشثيرا إخوته صرعى ومع ذلك على حالٍ غريبٍ من السكون بلا تبدّل، تعمّق حزنه حتى صار تفكّراً قلقاً: فطمأنينة الأجساد الظاهرة زادت اضطرابه حيال السبب الخفيّ الذي أوقع هذه النازلة.
