अध्याय ३० — क्रोधदोषाः क्षमाप्रशंसा च
Defects of Anger and the Praise of Forbearance
आकाश इव भूतानि व्याप्य सर्वाणि भारत । ईश्वरो विदधातीह कल्याणं यच्च पापकम्,भारत! ईश्वर आकाशके समान सम्पूर्ण प्राणियोंमें व्याप्त होकर उनके कर्मानुसार सुख- दुःखका विधान करते हैं
ākāśa iva bhūtāni vyāpya sarvāṇi bhārata | īśvaro vidadhātīha kalyāṇaṃ yac ca pāpakam ||
قال يودهيشثيرا: «يا بهاراتا، كما أن الفضاء يَسَعُ الكائنات كلَّها ويَنفُذُ فيها، كذلك الربّ يَسري في كل مخلوق هنا؛ ووفقًا لأعمالهم يُجري الحكم بالخير والشرّ، فيُقدِّر السعادةَ والألمَ، والرفاهَ وعاقبةَ الإثمِ الموجِعة.»
