Kuntī’s Regulated Hospitality to a Brāhmaṇa Guest
स तयाभिहतो धीमान् गदया भीमवेगया । नाकम्पत महाबाहुर्हिमवानिव सुस्थिर:,भयानक वेगवाली उस गदासे आहत होकर भी बुद्धिमान् महाबाहु विभीषण विचलित नहीं हुए। वे हिमालयके समान सुस्थिरभावसे खड़े रहे
sa tayābhihato dhīmān gadayā bhīmavegayā | nākampata mahābāhur himavān iva susthiraḥ ||
ومع أنّه ضُرِب بالهراوة السريعة ذات الاندفاع المرعب، فإنّ الحكيم عظيم الساعدين لم يتزعزع. بل ثبت كـهِمَفان (جبال الهيمالايا)، راسخًا لا يهتزّ—صورةً للشجاعة الثابتة وضبط النفس في وجه العنف.
