तत्र रम्ये शिवे देशे बहुवृक्षसमाकुले । पूर्वस्यां दिशि रम्यायां समुद्राभ्याशतो नूप

Transliteration

tatra ramye śive deśe bahuvṛkṣasamākule | pūrvasyāṃ diśi ramyāyāṃ samudrābhyāśato nūpa

Translation

قال فايشَمبايانا: هناك، في تلك البقعة البهيّة المباركة، المكتظّة بالأشجار الكثيرة، في الجانب الشرقي الجميل، قريبًا من البحر—(ويمضي السرد بعد ذلك في تحديد الموضع على وجه الدقة). تُقيم هذه الأبيات جوًّا مشحونًا بالدلالة الأخلاقية: مكانًا طاهرًا مُبهجًا يُؤطِّر ما سيأتي بوصفه واقعًا في موضع يبعث على ضبط النفس والتأمّل والسلوك القويم وفق الدharma.
