कृतयुगवर्णनम् तथा राजधर्मोपदेशः

अनन्तरिक्षे लोके5स्मिन् देवदानववर्जिते । त्वमेव प्रलये विप्र ब्रह्माणमुपतिष्ठसे,ब्रह्म! जब यह संसार देवता, दानव तथा अन्तरिक्ष आदि लोकोंसे शून्य हो जाता है उस प्रलयकालमें केवल आप ही ब्रह्माजीके पास रहकर उनकी उपासना करते हैं
anantarikṣe loke 'smin devadānavavarjite | tvam eva pralaye vipra brahmāṇam upatiṣṭhase ||
«أيها البرهمي، حين يأتي زمن الفناء الكوني ويغدو هذا العالم—بما فيه الإقليم الأوسط—خاليًا من الآلهة والعفاريت (الأسورا)، تبقى أنت وحدك، ملازمًا برهما في خدمةٍ مفعمةٍ بالإجلال.»
