तत्रैनं च्यवनो राजन् याजयामास भार्गव: । अद्भुतानि च तत्रासन् यानि तानि निबोध मे,राजन! भृगुपुत्र च्यवनने उस यज्ञमण्डपमें राजासे यज्ञ करवाया। उस यज्ञमें जो अद्भुत बातें हुई थीं, उन्हें मुझसे सुनो
tatrainaṃ cyavano rājan yājayāmāsa bhārgavaḥ | adbhutāni ca tatrāsan yāni tāni nibodha me rājan |
هناك، أيها الملك، تولّى الناسكُ تشيافانا من نسل بهارغفا أمرَ القربان، فأقام للملك أن يؤدي اليَجْنَا. وفي ذلك الحَرَمِ القرباني وقعت أمورٌ عجيبة—فاسمع مني، أيها الملك، ما كانت تلك العجائب.

The verse foregrounds the dharmic partnership between king and sage: royal power is guided and sanctified through properly conducted ritual under a qualified ṛṣi, and extraordinary outcomes are framed as meaningful signs within a righteous sacrificial context.
The speaker addresses a king and says that, at that place, the Bhārgava sage Cyavana served as officiant and had a sacrifice performed; the speaker then introduces that remarkable events occurred there and invites the king to hear them.
