Sukanyā’s Encounter with the Aśvins and Cyavana’s Rejuvenation (लोमश–सुकन्या–च्यवनोपाख्यानम्)

कस्य त्वमसि वामोरु वने5स्मिन्‌ कि करोषि च । इच्छाव भगद्रे ज्ञातुं त्वां तत्तमाख्याहि शोभने,“वामोरु! तुम किसकी पुत्री और किसकी पत्नी हो? इस वनमें क्या करती हो? भगद्रे! हम तुम्हारा परिचय प्राप्त करना चाहते हैं। शोभने! तुम सब बातें ठीक-ठीक बताओ”

kasya tvam asi vāmoru vane 'smin kiṁ karoṣi ca | icchāvaḥ bhagadre jñātuṁ tvāṁ tattvam ākhyāhi śobhane ||

«يا ذاتَ الفخذين الحسنين، ابنةُ مَن أنتِ، وزوجةُ مَن؟ وماذا تصنعين في هذه الغابة؟ يا صاحبةَ الحظ، نودّ أن نعرف حقيقتكِ ومن تكونين. أيتها الجميلة، أخبرينا بالأمر كلَّه بياناً واضحاً صادقاً».
