गालवेन उशीनरराजसमागमः
Gālava’s Audience with King Uśīnara
तथेत्युक्त्वा द्विजश्रेष्ठ: प्रादात् कन््यां महीपते: । विधिपूर्वा च तां राजा कनन््यां प्रतिगृहीतवान्,तब “बहुत अच्छा” कहकर विप्रवर गालवने वह कन्या राजाको दे दी। राजाने भी उसका विधिपूर्वक पाणिग्रहण किया
tathety uktvā dvijaśreṣṭhaḥ prādāt kanyāṃ mahīpateḥ | vidhipūrvāṃ ca tāṃ rājā kanyāṃ pratigṛhītavān |
وقال: «ليكن كذلك»، فسلّم أرفعُ البراهمةِ الفتاةَ إلى الملك. فتلقّاها الملكُ وفقَ الشعائر المقرّرة والإجراء المشروع، وقَبِلَها زوجةً على سننِ النكاح.
