divyamālyāmbaradharo divyagandhavibhūṣitaḥ | divyāṅgadadharo nityaṃ devaloke mahīyate ||
The verse conveys that the fruits of dharma manifest as honor and splendor in higher realms: ethical merit leads to elevated status, symbolized by divine ornaments and continual reverence in Devaloka.
Vaiśaṃpāyana describes a figure in the heavenly realm who is visibly marked by celestial attire, fragrance, and ornaments, and who is perpetually honored among the gods—an image of posthumous exaltation following a life aligned with dharma.
