इति राजन् यम: प्राह वर्तते च तथैव तत् । अथ भूयांसमेवार्थ करिष्यामि पुन: पुन:,राजन्! यमराजने जो यह बात कही है, वह ज्यों-की-त्यों ठीक है; फिर भी मैं तो बारंबार आपके महान् अर्थका साधन करूँगा ही
iti rājan yamaḥ prāha vartate ca tathaiva tat | atha bhūyāṁsam evārthaṁ kariṣyāmi punaḥ punaḥ, rājan ||
قال بهيشما: «أيها الملك، هكذا تكلّم ياما، والأمر في الحقيقة قائم على ذلك بعينه. ومع هذا، ولأجل خيرك الأعظم ولتزداد فهماً ووضوحاً، سأعود فأبسط المسألة مرة بعد مرة.»
