एवं पृष्टो महाप्राज्ञ: कौसल्येनामितौजसा । राजसत्कारमव्यग्रं शशंसास्मै बृहस्पति:

Transliteration

evaṁ pṛṣṭo mahāprājñaḥ kauśalyenāmitaujasā | rājasatkāram avyagraṁ śaśaṁsāsmai bṛhaspatiḥ ||

Translation

فلما سُئِل بْرِهَسْبَتِي (Bṛhaspati) هذا السؤال على يد كَوْسَلْيَا (Kauśalya) شديد الذكاء، ذي بأسٍ لا يُقاس، ظلّ ساكن النفس غير مضطرب، ثم بيّن له الطريقة اللائقة في إكرام الملوك وحسن استقبالهم. ويجعل هذا المشهد المُلكَ رياضةً في الضيافة اليقِظة الموجَّهة بالدارما، لا مجرّد مظهرٍ واستعراض.
