Aśvaśiras / Hayaśiras Narrative: Retrieval of the Vedas
taṁ vedāś cāśramāś caiva nānāmata-samāsthitāḥ | bhaktyā sampūjayanty āśu gatiṁ caiṣāṁ dadāti saḥ ||
Devotional worship of the Supreme is presented as a unifying and efficacious means: even people grounded in different authorities (Vedas, āśramas, or varied doctrines) attain an auspicious or highest destiny when their worship is sincere.
Nārada is describing how diverse communities—Vedic adherents, followers of the life-stage disciplines, and those aligned with multiple philosophical viewpoints—direct their reverence toward the same Supreme, who then rewards them by granting swift spiritual progress and a favorable end.
