अव्यक्त–पुरुष–विवेकः (Discrimination of Avyakta/Prakṛti and Puruṣa) — Yājñavalkya’s Anvīkṣikī to Viśvāvasu

न त्वेवं वर्तमानानामावृत्तिर्विद्यते पुन: । विद्यते$क्षरभावत्वादपरं परमव्ययम्‌

na tv evaṁ vartamānānām āvṛttir vidyate punaḥ | vidyate 'kṣara-bhāvatvād aparaṁ parama-vyayam ||

قال فاسيشثا: «وأمّا الذين يثبتون على هذا النحو فلا عودة لهم إلى تكرار الوجود الدنيوي. إذ بنيلهم حالَةَ غير الفاني (الأكشارا) يبلغون ما وراء الفاني—الحقيقة العظمى التي لا تبلى. وهكذا يكون مقامهم في براهمان غير المتغيّر ذاته».

Educational Q&A

Abiding in true knowledge and realization leads to apunarāvṛtti—no return to saṁsāra—because the knower attains akṣara-bhāva, the imperishable Brahman, which is supreme and undecaying.

In Śānti Parva’s instruction on liberation, Vasiṣṭha explains the consequence of the described spiritual stance: those established in that realization do not cycle back into worldly existence, since their identity rests in the changeless Brahman.
