तव नैतद्धि विसदृशं पुत्रस्थाने हि मे भवान् । “वत्स! पहले तुमने मुझे यह शाप दिया था कि “तुम वानर हो जाओ।' तुम्हारे ऐसा कहनेके बाद मैंने भी मत्सरतावश तुम्हें शाप दे दिया, जिससे आजतक तुम स्वर्गमें नहीं जा सके। यह तुम्हारे योग्य कार्य नहीं था; क्योंकि तुम मेरे पुत्रकी जगहपर हो” ।।
tava naitaddhi visadṛśaṃ putrasthāne hi me bhavān |
قال شري كريشنا: «إنّ هذا لا يليق بك البتّة، لأنّك عندي بمنزلة الابن.» وبعد أن تكلّم الحكيمان على هذا النحو، أبطل كلٌّ منهما لعنةَ الآخر. ثمّ لمّا رأت فتاةٌ رقيقة ناردَ متلألئًا بهيئةٍ كهيئةِ إلهٍ من الدِّيوات، ولّت هاربةً من شدّة الفزع.
