अथवा पूर्ववैरं त्वं स्मरन् काल॑ जिहीषसि । पश्य दुष्कृतकर्मस्त्वं व्यक्तमायु:क्षयं तव
athavā pūrvavairaṃ tvaṃ smaran kālaṃ jihīṣasi | paśya duṣkṛtakarmas tvaṃ vyaktam āyuḥkṣayaṃ tava ||
قال بهيشما: «أو لعلّك، إذ تستحضر عداوةً قديمة، تريد أن تُضيع الوقت هنا سُدى. انظر، يا من يعمل بالإثم—إن نهايتك تقترب اقترابًا بيّنًا؛ وإن عمرَك لَيُستهلَك لا محالة».
