قال سنجيا: وفي غمرة القتال كان قد شدّ خوذته بإحكام، وارتدى درعًا من ذهب—صورةً لاستعدادٍ مقصودٍ وعزمٍ منضبطٍ تحت وطأة الأخلاق الثقيلة للحرب.
