अध्याय ४ — दुर्योधनस्य असंधि-निश्चयः
Duryodhana’s Refusal of Reconciliation
युष्माभिस्तानि चीर्णानि यान्यसाधूनि साधुषु । अकारणकृतान्येव तेषां व: फलमागतम्
yuṣmābhis tāni cīrṇāni yāny asādhūni sādhuṣu | akāraṇakṛtāny eva teṣāṃ vaḥ phalam āgatam ||
قال سانجيا: إن المظالم التي ارتكبتموها في حقّ الصالحين—من غير سببٍ عادل—قد عادت إليكم الآن ثمرتها الحتمية. ولأن الباندافا أهلُ فضيلة، فإن إساءتكم إليهم بلا استفزاز قد نضجت إلى هذه النتيجة نفسها التي تذوقونها.
