असोौ सुबलपुत्रो नो जघन॑ पीड्य दंशित: । सैन्यानि सूदयत्येष पश्य पाण्डव दुर्मतिम्,और कहा--'पाण्डुनन्दन! कवच धारण करके आया हुआ वह सुबलपुत्र शकुनि हमारी सेनाके पिछले भागको पीड़ा देकर सारे सैनिकोंका संहार कर रहा है; इस दुर्बुद्धिको देखो तो सही
asau subalaputro no jaghanaṁ pīḍya daṁśitaḥ | sainyāni sūdayatyeṣa paśya pāṇḍava durmatim ||
قال سنجيا: «انظر، يا ابنَ باندو! إن شكوني ابنَ سوبالا، وقد تسلّح ولبس درعه، يضغط على مؤخرة جيشنا ويؤذيها ويذبح الجنود. أبصِر هذا الخبيثَ الطوية!»
