Transliteration

satyasenasya ca bhanur hastāvāpaṃ ca māriṣa

Translation

قال سَنْجَايَا: «وكان هناك بْهَانُو من سلالةِ سَتْيَسِينَا، وكذلك هَسْتَافَابَا، أيها المُبَجَّل.» وفي هذا النداء الكئيب لأسماء المحاربين في حربِ كُرُكْشِتْرَا، يواصل الراوي تعدادَ الأبطال البارزين، مُظهِرًا كم من الأرواح والأنساب جُرَّت إلى هذا الصراع، وكيف تُوزَن الشهرةُ والواجبُ أمام كلفةِ القتال.
