Sabhā Parva, Adhyāya 68 — Pāṇḍavānāṃ Vanavāsa-prasthānaḥ; Duḥśāsana-nindā; Pāṇḍava-pratijñāḥ
कश्यपस्य वच: श्र॒त्वा प्रह्नाद: पुत्रमब्रवीत्,कश्यपजीकी यह बात सुनकर प्रह्नलादने अपने पुत्रसे कहा--
kaśyapasya vacaḥ śrutvā prahlādaḥ putram abravīt
فلما سمع برهلادا كلامَ كاشيابا، توجّه يخاطب ابنَه—مُشيرًا إلى انتقال الأمر من تلقي النصح إلى توريثه، إذ تنتقل الوصية والمسؤولية من الأكبر إلى الأصغر في نظام الدَّرما.
