Decision on the Highest Honor at the Assembly
कृशानर्थास्तत: केचिदकृशांस्तत्र कुर्वते । अवृशांश्व व॒शांक्षक्रुहेतुभि: शास्त्रनिश्चयै:
kṛśān arthās tataḥ kecid akṛśāṁs tatra kurvate | avṛśāṁś ca vaśāṁś cakruḥ hetubhiḥ śāstra-niścayaiḥ ||
قال فايشَمبايانا: ثم إن في ذلك المجلس رجالًا من أهل العلم—مسلّحين بالأسباب والنتائج المستنبطة من الشاسترا—كانوا يجعلون الرأي الضعيف يبدو قويًا، ويُوهِنون الرأي القوي حتى يبدو ضعيفًا، بما لديهم من ضروب الجدل. ويُبرز المشهد كيف أن المهارة الذهنية إذا استُعملت لمجرد الغلبة شوّهت الحكم وزعزعت ما هو حقٌّ في ذاته.
