घनान्धकारे वितते तमोनुदौ यथोदितौ तद्वदतीव रेजतु: । तदनन्तर जैसे पूर्व और पश्चिमकी हवाएँ एक-दूसरीको दबाती हैं
ghanāndhakāre vitate tamonudau yathoditau tadvad atīva rejatuḥ |
قال سنجيا: لما انتشرت الظلمة الكثيفة في كل مكان، أشرق هذان—مبدِّدا الدجى—إشراقًا باهرًا كالشمس والقمر حين يطلعان في السماء. ثم، كما تتدافع رياح الشرق والغرب بعضها إلى بعض، كذلك تقابل البطلان: فكان كلٌّ منهما يُبطل مقذوفات الآخر بسلاحه؛ وفي خضم ذلك الحجاب الغليظ من العتمة تلألآ من جديد ببهاء متجدد، صورةً لتمام البراعة في القتال حيث تُجابَه المهارة بالمهارة.
