Shloka 77

अतिक्रमेच्च माहात्म्याद्‌ दिष्टमप्यर्थपर्ययम्‌ । अतिक्रान्ते च लोकानामभावो नियतं भवेत्‌,“ये अपनी महिमासे दैवके भी निश्चित विधानको पलट सकते हैं; यदि ऐसा हुआ तो सम्पूर्ण लोकोंका अवश्य ही अन्त हो जायगा

atikramec ca mahātmyād diṣṭam apy artha-paryayam | atikrānte ca lokānām abhāvo niyataṁ bhavet ||

قال سنجيا: «بمحض العظمة قد يستطيع المرء أن يقلب حتى ما ثبّتته المقادير، فيعكس مجرى الأحداث المرسوم. ولكن إن وقع مثل هذا التعدّي على نظام الكون، فالعاقبة المحتومة هي انحلال العوالم نفسها.»
