तेषामापततां केतूनश्वांश्वापानि सायकान् । नाराचैरर्थचन्द्रैश्न क्षिप्रं पार्थो न्यपातयत्
teṣām āpatatāṁ ketūn aśvān āpāni sāyakān | nārācair ardhacandraiś ca kṣipraṁ pārtho nyapātayat ||
قال سَنجايا: وبينما كان أولئك المحاربون يندفعون، أسقط أرجونا—ابن بريثا—سريعًا راياتهم وخيولهم وأقواسهم وسهامهم بسهام «ناراجا» وبالرؤوس الهلالية. وبمهارةٍ منضبطةٍ كبح الاندفاع الأهوج، فحوّل العدوان الفوضوي إلى قتالٍ مضبوطٍ ومكبوح.
