कर्णनिधनश्रवणम् — Hearing of Karṇa’s Fall and Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Lament
नित्यं प्रसक्तवैरो यः पाण्डवै: पृथिवीपति: । विश्राव्य वैरं पार्थेन श्रुतायु: स निपातित:
nityaṁ prasaktavairo yaḥ pāṇḍavaiḥ pṛthivīpatiḥ | viśrāvya vairaṁ pārthena śrutāyuḥ sa nipātitaḥ ||
قال سنجيا: إنّ الملك شروتايو، الذي طالما ثبّت عداوةً راسخةً لباندافا، قد صرعه بارثا (أرجونا) بعدما ذكّره أرجونا بخصومته وأظهرها للعيان؛ فلاقاه في ساحة القتال، فذاق عاقبة الثأر الذي اختاره لنفسه.
